Start with the water

Which treatment does your site need?

The right system depends on where the water comes from and what needs to happen to it. Factory process wastewater, staff sewage and incoming water can need different treatment.

Wastewater from production

An effluent treatment plant (ETP) treats water used in manufacturing. For textile washing or dyeing, for example, the design needs to account for the waste in the water and changes between production batches. We start with water tests and daily volumes.

Sewage from staff facilities

A sewage treatment plant (STP) handles water from toilets, washrooms and canteens. Workforce size and shifts help determine the design. Manufacturing wastewater needs separate assessment and should not automatically enter this plant.

Industrial sewage treatment

Water for the next use

Incoming or treated water may need further treatment before reuse. Reverse osmosis (RO) removes much of the dissolved salt. Its suitability depends on your water tests, the quality needed and how the concentrated leftover water will be handled.

Planning work at your site

A clear scope before work begins.

Wherever your site is in India, we need to understand the plant and the work required. Site access, available space and production schedules all matter.

  1. Share your requirement

Send your location, water test results, daily water volume and the problem you want to solve. For an existing plant, include equipment details and photographs.

  2. Review the treatment and site

We discuss the process, space, utilities and operating needs. Any site assessment and its timing are agreed with you.

  3. Agree the work and support

The proposal should set out equipment, installation responsibilities, costs and the schedule. Maintenance and operator responsibilities also need to be clear.

For plants already running

Support beyond installation.

Daily operation and scheduled servicing are different jobs. We help you identify the support your plant needs and agree what is included before starting.

Plant operation and maintenance
Day-to-day checks, process monitoring and equipment care within an agreed scope.

Annual maintenance contracts
Planned inspections and servicing, with parts and breakdown support clearly defined.

Wastewater consultancy
Help assessing treatment options, plant issues and possible upgrades.
